Whipped Cream Cake
This white cake will melt in your mouth.
Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 ½ cups sweet rice flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs lightly beaten
Instructions
- Whip cream until still, while slowly adding sugar. Stir in vanilla.
- Combine all dry ingredients, then add in whip cream and beaten eggs. Stir until combined, then pour into a greased 8" cake pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-45 min, or until it tests done.
