Turkey Meatloaf with Cranberry Glaze
A mild sweet flavour.
Ingredients
Glaze:
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce mashed
Meatloaf:
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 3/4 cup milk or milk alternative
- 3/4 cup GF bread crumbs
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup red onions diced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or just enough to moisten
Instructions
- For the glaze, spread the brown sugar over the bottom of a greased loaf pan and spread the cranberry sauce over the sugar.
- In a large bowl mix all the remaining ingredients until well incorporated.
- Form the meat mixture into the loaf pan, laying out over the cranberry glaze, and bake at 350F for 1 hour.
- Allow to cool 10 minutes, then flip over loaf onto a plate and serve.
