Spicy Edamame Beans

These Szechwan flavored beans have a hint of sweetness that makes these Spicy Edamame Beans an appy that everyone will love!

Prepare beans according to package directions. Heat a skillet and sauté garlic in oil for about 30 seconds. In a small dish, whisk together remaining ingredients, then add to skillet. Stir until thickened. SpicyEdamme2

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz bag frozen unshelled edamame
  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger minced
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce or other GF hot chili sauce
  • 1 Tbsp honey or agave
  • 2 Tbsp GF soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp water
