Spicy Edamame Beans
These Szechwan flavored beans have a hint of sweetness that makes these Spicy Edamame Beans an appy that everyone will love!
Prepare beans according to package directions. Heat a skillet and sauté garlic in oil for about 30 seconds. In a small dish, whisk together remaining ingredients, then add to skillet. Stir until thickened.
Drain beans, and then add to skillet, tossing to coat. Garnish with red pepper flakes if desired.

- 12 oz bag frozen unshelled edamame
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce or other GF hot chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey or agave
- 2 Tbsp GF soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp water
