Light and flaky pastry surround a flavored meat filling.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean hamburger
- 1 lb sausage casings removed
- 1 1/2 tsp fennel ground
- 1/2 tsp anise ground
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp onion minced
- GF pastry dough
Instructions
- Mix all together and put about one tablespoon on a pastry circle (roll & cut out whatever size you like). Fold over and pinch edges together.
- Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
