Sausage Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb lean hamburger
  • 1 lb sausage casings removed
  • 1 1/2 tsp fennel ground
  • 1/2 tsp anise ground
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp onion minced
  • GF pastry dough

Instructions
 

  • Mix all together and put about one tablespoon on a pastry circle (roll & cut out whatever size you like). Fold over and pinch edges together.
  • Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
