Light and flaky pastry surround a flavored meat filling.
Ingredients
  • 1 lb lean hamburger
  • 1 lb sausage, casings removed
  • 1½ tsp fennel, ground
  • ½ tsp anise, ground
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 Tbsp onion, minced
  • GF pastry dough
Instructions
  1. Mix all together and put about one tablespoon on a pastry circle (roll & cut out whatever size you like). Fold over and pinch edges together.
  2. Bake at 350°F for about 25 minutes.
