To make the wreath, snip rosemary into 4-6″ lengths and lay around the edge of a serving plate to form the wreath shape.

The amount of rosemary you use depends on how large your plate is, and how full you want the wreath to be.

Fill the wreath with whatever types of foods you like. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Small gerkins (pickles)
  • Variety of olives
  • Cocktail Bocconcini (small balls of soft white cheese-found in the deli section)
  • Pickled peppers
  • Roasted peppers
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Sun-dried tomatoes, oil packed

Check the deli self-serve section of your grocery store for the olives. Some have marinated blends with black and green olives, caper berries as well as red pepper – all in one.
