Roasted Nut & Seed Mix

Boost your foods nutritional content by sprinkling on a tablespoon of this nut and seed mixture that is chock full of fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals.

But to ensure you get the most nutritional value from the flax seeds, you need to do this first – crack or grind the seeds.

This is because our bodies can’t digest the hulls of flax seeds, so if we can’t digest the hulls, they will pass right though us without any of the seeds insides (which contains fiber, omega-3, and lignans) being absorbed.

  3. Nope, still can’t select, copy etc. as the print dialogue box is open and it’s not possible to select the text. Even if I just wanted to print it out, I cannot change the text size either.

  5. I’m really not sure why you can’t select text. This is the only other thing I can think of for you: after you click the PRINT button (within the recipe box – or you can even do this with the main recipe page open), click on the recipe text that opens up (this will ensure your cursor is where it should be), then hit CTRL+A, then CTRL+C. This will select everything on the page and copy it, then open a word document and hit CTRL+V to paste. You may need to do some editing to delete any excess information that was selected.
