A great way to use left over potatoes.
Ingredients
  • 1 potato, peeled, cooked & mashed
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 Tbsp rice flour
  • ⅔ cup cornstarch
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients together until a dough forms (add more cornstarch if necessary).
  2. Roll out dough and cut out into biscuits.
  3. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
