This burger was awesome. Even my teenage daughter who hates meat, took a bite and ended up eating the whole burger. I used bacon instead of pancetta, turkey burger and my GF breadcrumb stash from the freezer. The turkey burger was so tasty that I didn't even bother making the guacamole! (My crew is used to Trader Joe's turkey burgers---which are great but you can grow tired of them.) Well done and many thanks. I finally can get a decent GF meal!!!!
