Making your own condiments is the only way to ensure its gluten-free, and mustard is the easiest one to make!

Most mustards on the market are gluten free, but what happens if you run out?  You should have most of the ingredients already in your cupboard to make your own.

Love your recipes, Nichole! These condiments are just in time for a family BBQ where gluten, tomato, and dairy free are necessary, as well as preservative and chemical free of course! Now all I need is a tomato-free ketchup recipe to pair up with the mustard. Recently I’ve tried a couple of tomato-free ketchup recipes with somewhat acceptable results, but would appreciate your version if you have one, since all your recipes turn out so well! Along the way I learned ketchup originally was not a tomato-based condiment, but rather was an Asian concoction made with fruits and even fish of varying types! Tomato ketchup is a relatively new western adaptation. Who new??

  2. I’m so glad to hear you’re enjoying my recipes, thanks for lettings us know! I had never heard of tomato-free ketchup before, but after some research learned about nightshade allergies – those darn allergies, it’s hard so hard for some people to get a break! Let me do some testing, and I’ll see what I come up with!
