Turmeric and paprika are a staple in Moroccan cooking, and add great flavor to plain fried chicken.

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 chicken pieces
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients and place in a bag. Shake chicken pieces one at a time in dry mixture until thoroughly coated.
  • Place chicken pieces in a greased 9x13" pan making sure their is space between each piece, and bake at 375°F for 50 to 60 minutes.
