Sweet lemony glaze, perfect for pouring over cakes or cookies.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 cups icing sugar
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Whisk together all ingredients, then pour over cooled cakes or cookies. Let sit at room temperature for the glaze to dry/set.
- For a thicker glaze, let mixture stand for 30 minutes, then spread over your dessert.
