Lemon Glaze

Sweet lemony glaze, perfect for pouring over cakes or cookies.
  • 1⅓ cups icing sugar
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • 4 Tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp lemon zest
  1. Whisk together all ingredients, then pour over cooled cakes or cookies. Let sit at room temperature for the glaze to dry/set.
  2. For a thicker glaze, let mixture stand for 30 minutes, then spread over your dessert.
