Coleslaw Dressing

The secret ingredient (celery seeds!) keeps this dressing from getting too sweet.
  • ½ cup GF mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • ½ - 1 tsp sugar, to taste
  • 2 Tbsp milk or milk alternative
  • 2 tsp celery salt
  • ¼ - ½ tsp celery seed*, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  1. Whisk together all ingredients. Taste, then adjust seasonings as necessary.
  2. Toss with a shredded cabbage and carrot mix.
*Celery seed is quite bitter, so just add ¼ tsp to start and adjust as needed.
