Cheddar & Scallion Toast

Hot, gooey and crunchy! Great with spaghetti or stew.
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • ¾ cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 4 scallions, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Italian Flatbread or Baguette
  1. Use food processor to combine cheese mixture, process until smooth.
  2. Depending how thick you made your flatbread, cut it in half horizontally or leave as is. Spread cheese mixture on flatbread, place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 400°F.
  3. Cut into 1” thick slices.
