Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Squares

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  1. Beat together the egg, peanut butter and sugar and press into a greased 8x8” pan.
  2. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes. Remove and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the surface. After a few minutes, use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate into a smooth layer.
  3. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
Use all-natural peanut butter to reduce the sugar content and sweetness of the squares.
