Hawaiian BBQ Pizza with Paleo Crust

Using BBQ sauce and grilling the pineapple and ham, gives this pizza a hint of smokiness, making it a uniquely tropical Hawaiian pizza.
Ingredients
  • Paleo Pizza Crust (or regular Herb Pizza Crust)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
  • ½ cored pineapple, cut into rings
  • 1 bunch scallions, chopped
  • ¼ cup GF BBQ sauce
  • 1 tomato, seeded & finely diced
  • 1-2 cups GF pepper jack cheese, grated
  • ¼ lb GF deli ham, chopped
Instructions
  1. Prepare dough and pre-cook according to recipe directions.
  2. Brush pineapple rings, scallions and meat with some oil and grill until golden and marked. Set aside.
  3. Combine BBQ sauce and tomatoes and brush over pre-cooked crust. Top with cheese and remaining grilled toppings. Broil until cheese is melted.
Notes
If vegan or dairy free, replace toppings as needed
