This easy to make appy is one that everyone will love!
- 12 oz bag frozen unshelled edamame
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp Sriracha sauce or other GF hot chili sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey or agave
- 2 Tbsp GF soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp water
- Prepare beans according to package directions.
- Heat a skillet and sauté garlic in oil for about 30 seconds.
- In a small dish, whisk together remaining ingredients, then add to skillet. Stir until thickened.
- Drain beans, and then add to skillet, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with red pepper flakes if desired.
