Sangria

The perfect summer drink, enjoy this fruit packed Spanish-style red wine punch on your next picnic.
Ingredients
By the Glass
  • 1 oz red wine
  • 1 oz brandy
  • ½ oz orange juice or pineapple juice
  • ¼ oz lime juice
  • ¼ oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp grenadine
  • 1 oz club soda
By the Pitcher
  • 2 bottles dry red wine
  • 1 cup brandy
  • 1 cup orange juice or pineapple juice
  • 2-4 Tbsp grenadine, to taste
  • 2 oranges, sliced
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 2 limes, sliced
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 cups club soda
Instructions
  1. For a pitcher, combine all ingredients except club soda into a large pitcher. Refrigerate for one hour until fully chilled. Add club soda and serve in glasses over ice.
  2. For a glass, combine all ingredients except club soda into a Martini shaker with some ice. Shake for 20 seconds then pour into a glass and top with club soda.
Notes
For a quick version try red wine and cranberry juice/cocktail at a 1:1 ratio, then add a splash of club soda. Add some sliced fresh fruit if desired.
