Cranberry & Orange Relish

Now, this is some sweet tasting relish! Great on chili dogs and hamburgers.
  • 1 12-16 ounce package whole cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 whole orange
  1. Finely chop cranberries in food processor.
  2. Zest orange, and add to food processor.
  3. Use a knife to segment the orange (keep only flesh-no membranes), then add it to the processor along with sugar. Pulse a few times so everything is consistently chopped.
  4. Refrigerate until needed.
Add some pickled diced banana peppers if you'd like to add a bit of heat to the relish.
