Peanut Sauce

The perfect dipping sauce for everything from grilled chicken to salad rolls.
  • ¼ cup GF smooth peanut butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp ginger, minced
  • 2 Tbsp honey or agave
  • ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1½ Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp Siracha or other GF hot sauce
  • ¼ cup GF soy sauce
  1. Add all ingredients into a blender or mini food processor, and purée until smooth.
  2. If you want a thinner sauce, add 1-2 Tbsp rice wine vinegar.
Makes about ¾ cup
