Limoncello Martini

Rosemary infused syrup mixes together with the tartness of fresh lemons and a splash of lemon flavored liqueur.
Rosemary Syrup
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 sprig fresh rosemary
  • 3 Tbsp vodka
  • 1 Tbsp Limoncello
  • 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ - 1 Tbsp Rosemary Syrup, to taste
  1. To make syrup, bring water and sugar together to a boil. Remove from heat and add rosemary. Let sit until cool. Remove rosemary and store syrup refrigerated in a covered jar until ready to use.
  2. In a cocktail shaker add cocktail ingredients along with a handful of ice. Shake for 10 seconds, then pour into martini glass
Rim martini glass with colored sugar, or lemon zest infused sugar. Wet rim first with a wedge of lemon, then press into sugar.
