Dark Chocolate Rum Balls
Creamy chocolate bites, with a touch of rum.
Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp heavy cream
- 4 tsp rum
- 2 tsp vanilla
Coating Suggestions:
- Cocoa
- Icing sugar
- Finely ground coconut
Instructions
- Melt chocolate with butter and cream, stir until smooth.
- Beat in rum and vanilla, then chill until firm enough to handle.
- Using a teaspoon, form balls and roll in coating of your choice.
- Store in refrigerator.
