Crockpot Baked Beans

Sweet and savory baked beans.

Ingredients:
1 pound dried small white beans, rinsed and soaked overnight in water, and drained
1/3 cup GF molasses
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup chopped onion
1/4 pound salt pork, rinsed and cut into 1/2-inch cubes, or diced bacon - must be gluten free
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste

enough water to cover your beans in your crockpot.

Directions:
In Crockpot, combine all ingredients except salt. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours, stirring occasionally if possible. Add salt to taste when beans are tender.

P.S. PLease add enough water to cover your beans. This amount will vary on the size of your crockpot .
